Q: Can I customize my own design?

A: Absolutely! Please visit the start from scratch page to fill out the form and get started. The designs on our site are 100% original and hand drawn. We can create something unique for your vision. 

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: We specialize in small-batch and one-of-a-kind pieces. Many of our products have no minimums, but bulk pricing is available for larger orders.

Q: What types of items can you embroider?

A: We embroider on hats, shirts, jackets, bags, towels, baby items, and more! If you’re not sure, just ask—we’re happy to help.

Q: Can I use a copyrighted logo or image?

A: We can only embroider designs that you have the legal rights to use. If it’s your logo or original art, no problem!

Turnaround & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Our typical turnaround time is 7–10 business days for custom orders. Rush options may be available depending on the project. Please submit a support ticket before you complete your order if you need a quicker turn than 7-10 business days. 

Q: Do you ship nationwide?

A: Yes! We offer shipping across the U.S. Standard and expedited options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: If you're in the Santa Rosa Beach, FL area yes! We offer free local pickup. Please submit a support ticket before completing your work to coordinate.

Q: How much does custom embroidery cost?

A: Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design, number of items, and item type. We’re happy to give you a quick quote! Please visit the start from scratch page to fill out the form and get started.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For custom, small batch and wholesale orders invoices are provided. 

Care & Quality

Q: How do I care for embroidered items?

A: Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low (or hang to dry). Avoid bleach and high heat to keep your embroidery looking fresh.

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?

A: We want you to love your order! If there’s a problem, let us know within 7 days.
